国際ソーシャルワーカー連盟（IFSW）から日本への連帯メッセージ

日本医療ソーシャルワーカー協会は、日本ソーシャルワーカー連盟（JFSW）の構成団体として、国際ソーシャルワーカー連盟（IFSW）に加盟しています。

このたびの熊本地震を受け、IFSWのエバ・ポンセ・デ・レオン会長およびパスカル・ルーディン事務総長から、IFSWアジア・太平洋地域会長を務める小原眞知子理事を通じて、日本の皆さまへ心温まる連帯のメッセージが寄せられました。

このメッセージには、被災された方々へのお見舞いとともに、困難な状況の中で支援活動に尽力するソーシャルワーカーや関係者への敬意、そして「世界中のIFSWファミリーが日本とともにある」という力強い思いが込められています。

MESSAGE OF SOLIDARITY

Dear colleagues, communities and friends in Japan,

On behalf of the International Federation of Social Workers, we wish to express our heartfelt
solidarity with the people of Japan, the Japanese Federation of Social Workers, and
everyone affected by the devastating earthquake.

We are deeply saddened to learn of the loss of life, the injuries, and the destruction caused
by this disaster. At this difficult time, our thoughts are with all those who have lost loved
ones, those who have been displaced from their homes, and the many communities facing
uncertainty in the aftermath of the earthquake.

We also wish to recognise the extraordinary commitment of social workers, emergency
responders, volunteers and community leaders who are providing care, protection and hope
under exceptionally challenging circumstances. Their compassion and professionalism
remind us of the vital role social work plays in times of crisis.

Please know that the entire global IFSW family stands with the people of Japan. We are
united in our support for the Japanese Federation of Social Workers and all those working
tirelessly to assist affected individuals, families and communities. If there is any way in which
the global Federation can support your efforts or help amplify the needs of affected
communities, we are ready to assist.

With our deepest sympathy and unwavering solidarity, we hold you in our thoughts and send
our sincere hopes for strength, resilience and healing.

日本の同僚の皆さま、地域の皆さま、そしてすべての皆さまへ

国際ソーシャルワーカー連盟（IFSW）を代表し、このたびの甚大な地震により被害を受けられた日本の皆さま、日本ソーシャルワーカー連盟（JFSW）の皆さま、そして影響を受けられたすべての方々に、心からの連帯の意を表します。

この災害によって、多くの尊い命が失われ、多くの方々が負傷され、甚大な被害がもたらされたことに深い悲しみを覚えています。この困難な時にあたり、ご家族や大切な方を亡くされた皆さま、住み慣れた家を離れざるを得なくなった皆さま、そして震災後も先の見えない不安の中にある地域の皆さまに、心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

また、このような極めて困難な状況の中で、支援、保護、そして希望を届けるために尽力されているソーシャルワーカー、緊急対応にあたる皆さま、ボランティア、地域のリーダーの皆さまの並々ならぬ献身に、深い敬意を表します。その思いやりと専門性は、危機的な状況においてソーシャルワークが果たす重要な役割をあらためて示しています。

世界中のIFSWファミリーは、日本の皆さまとともにあります。私たちは、日本ソーシャルワーカー連盟（JFSW）ならびに、被災された個人、家族、地域を支えるために日夜尽力されているすべての皆さまを心から応援しています。IFSWとして皆さまの活動を支援できることや、被災地域のニーズを国際社会へ発信するためにお力になれることがあれば、私たちはいつでも喜んで協力いたします。
